F A C Eb
These are the first, third, fifth and flat seventh of a F major scale: F G A Bb C D E F`. The natural seventh of F major is E so the flat seventh is Eb. The letter must remain and the appropriate accidental applied is needed. This is what there are such things a double sharps and double flats in chords and scales.
Numeric Chord Formula
The secret / not so secret code to unraveling where the notes of a chord come from.
From knowing the Numeric Chord Formula of any chord you can get to the notes of that chord from its corresponding major scale. And, inversely from the names of the notes of a chord you can get to its numeric formula. For some chords it will be the intervals that come before the names of the chord tones, for other chords it might be the intervals first. The order does not matter, only the outcome.

One tip is for C7, Cm7, Cmaj7, etc… They’re all some form of the letters C, E, G and B. For Cmaj7 they’re actually C E G B. So for Cbmaj7 it's Cb Eb Gb Bb and for C#maj7 its C# E# G# B#. All some form of the letters C, E, G and B
For Fmaj7 its F A C E and all F, Fb, F# 4-part chords are some form of the word FACE. Again Fbmaj7 would be Fb Ab Cb Eb, F#maj7 is F# A# C# E#.
For the F7 of these lessons its F A C Eb. That means Fb7 is Fb Ab Cb Ebb. Yes a double flat, as the letter name of a chord tone-interval can not change. The seventh of an F 4-part chord is always some sort of E. For F#7 it is F# A# C# E.
