It is not our intention to make any profit from shipping — Just to get you your order to you fast and in good shape.
NOTE: International orders are responsible for any customs or added fees at destination.

We (I, Curt Sheller) are/is a small independent publishing company run almost exclusively by one lone ( musician, clerk, janitor, author, webmaster, ... ) – you get the idea. Staying small for more personal one-to-one service.

I normally ship via the US Postal Service ( USPS ), unless you request otherwise. We accept returns of items in unused condition within 30 days of purchase. I can not accept returns for ebook/PDF downloads. If your order is damaged or does not match the product description, we'll provide a replacement or a refund. I mean, these are the rules, but usually, if you just send a nice email, I can usually work something out human to human. I'm not a huge corporate bookstore with staff; it's just lil' ole' me.
