A first guitar received as a gift at the age of five proved to have been a premonitory sign of a vocation which has grown stronger with time.

The Slav and gypsy melodies which accompanied the rhythm of Vatroslav Sabolovic’s childhood were at the source of an early love for guitar, which he went on to study and later play with several bands. At the age of 16 he built his first guitar.
